In addition, they can earn by sharing the products with others. Sharing the products with others fulfills the company's dream to help people enjoy a quality cup and be part of the Java Momma family. Ultimately, they can build a team of Baristas, duplicate sharing, and generate an income.
Java Sustainability
Java Momma believes in making a difference by practicing sustainability throughout their organization. They use a sustainable supply chain of farmers and coffee-growing communities. Also, they use socially and environmentally responsible operations like energy efficient roasting, solar power, high-efficient lighting, in-house recycling, compostable paper products, and recyclable packing materials.
Java Momma’s starter kits contain everything needed to start a successful career as a Barista (a consultant) with the company. There are four levels of starter kits with varying amounts of materials and products. The kits range in prices from $20 to $145. Starter kits include a varying number of sample bags of coffee or tea, a Barista Workbook, and a free replicated website. The kits can be customized with add-on items like mugs, coffee presses, tea infusers, and business supplies. Starter kits are mailed with free shipping. The replicated website will facilitate online sales.
With a starter kit, Baristas can start building their business while helping people enjoy quality coffee and tea. Baristas will get everything needed to host parties called socials. Socials can be held either online or in-person. Java Momma believes that there is something very special about friends getting together, sharing coffee or tea, and socializing.
Java Momma’s Baristas earn money on every sale including their own purchases. Baristas are paid weekly. Retail compensation is 10-20% of the retail price. Baristas must maintain one sale per quarter to remain active. Each product has a value published by the Company called PV. To be commission eligible, Baristas need a PV of $50 to $300 PV depending on rank. PV requirements include personal purchases and customer retail sales. PV required to qualify increases with rank. In addition, rank and commission are determined by the total number of team members, personal sales, and personal team sales.
Team building is also available to Java Momma Baristas, which allows them to form a downline for passive income on their recruits’ sales. Downline commission goes 3 levels deep. Downline commission percentages range from 1% to 5%. The percentage and number of levels available is dependent on the Barista’s rank. This plan allows consultants to build a network of Baristas for additional income.
