Pele's Grace, founded by Tomomi Sato 13 years ago in Tokyo, Japan, has launched its eagerly-awaited Pele's Grace USA initiative.
At launch, Pele's Grace announced 3 products which are used in a 3-step regimen: Aolani, a gentle face wash, Moana, a face cleanser, and Mahina, a specially-formulated toner serum.
Their flagship product, Mahina, boasts "pure proteoglycan" by way of a patented extraction method.
"Pele's Grace's Mahina uses pure proteoglycan extracted by technology invented by Hirosaki University after more than 30 years of research," writes founder Soto, adding, "Mahina also contains two types of hyaluronic acid created by bio-microbial fermentation technology."
Mahina also contains L-Arginine, an amino acid that helps improve skin texture, and collagen, which adds fullness and elasticity to the skin.
Aolani by Pele's Grace, a gentle face wash is the first step in their 3-part regimen. Aolani, which is Hawaiian for "fluffy clouds," contains specialty ingredients like honey, jojoba seed oil, chamomile flower extract, Mizutaki leaf and royal jelly extract. These ingredients aid in moisturizing the skin. Aolani does not contain silicon, parabens, ethanol, phenoxyethanol, petroleum surfactants, talc, or mineral oils. This is a good thing. Pure, wholesome ingredients, meticulously crafted as a premium facial wash.
Moana, a facial cleanser, is step 3 of the Pele's Grace skin regimen. One of the primary purposes of Moana is to maintain the proper pH of your skin while also cleansing it. Most cleansers alter the pH of the skin while cleaning but Moana contains pure ingredients which do not affect the skin's acidity. As with other Pele's Grace products, Moana contains no additives such as synthetic fragrances, synthetic coloring, silicon, parabens, ethanol, phenoxyethanol, petroleum surfactants, talc, Mineral oil, or chelating agents.
Your Pele's Grace starter kit comes with 4 options. The first option (pictured below) is just $29 and is contains no Pele's Grace product(s). The 3 options you see above are offered at Pele's Grace launch in September 2019. A new consultant has a choice to order 1 or 2 bottles of Mahina serum as well as a full-set offering with showcases all of Pele's Grace products.
