Color By Amber was founded by Talley Goodson who had a vision of a line of beautiful jewelry that is chic, unique, ecologically friendly and world-friendly. His vision is being fulfilled in these ways:

1. We repurpose - We find materials that can be repurposed as interlayers such as shredded catalogs, coffee bags, and old pairs of jeans.
2. We reduce waste - Our ecoresin is produced in an award-winning Zero Landfill facility. After the ecoresin is cut into shapes for our jewelry, we save the inner and outer pieces to use in future designs.
3. We produce carbon-neutral jewelry - For every piece of jewelry we sell, we purchase carbon-offset credits that are used to fund initiatives that reduce carbon emissions.
4. Handcrafted in the USA - Each piece of our jewelry is handmade in our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah, rather than in factories overseas. However, we go into Third World Countries to teach women how to make our interlayers which are hand-woven.. We do this via our Full-Circle program which pays these women a fair wage and even gives them health benefits.
