Jennifer “Stun Gun Jen” Lester has been a safety trainer and representative with Damsel in Defense since 2013 following her 12 years as a first responder.
After discovering someone very close to her was a 2-time survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, she embarked on a journey to change the statistics and works to make sure no one else suffers at the hands of a predator.

Jen’s goal is to bring out the SUPERHERO in everyone she meets.
She has taught thousands of individuals to be PROACTIVE in their personal safety and looks forward to working with you.
