Hello, my name is Connie Clair and I am proud to be a Team Leader with South Hill Designs! I signed up with SHD shortly after our pre-launch phase began in October 2012. I was one of the first Independent Artists in the nation and I can't believe how quickly we have grown! In 3 short months I have been promoted 3 times to become a Team Leader managing a team of over 52 Artists! I love my job and can’t believe that I get paid to do this!
I was lucky to discover South Hill Designs while still in the pre-launch phase. Since joining SHD, my life has changed so dramatically! I am having so much fun growing my business, mentoring my team, and helping others create personalized jewelry to give as gifts or to celebrate their lives. Each piece is meaningful to the owner and tells a story of where they have been, what they have overcome, or where they hope to be in life.
I am so thankful that I can work from home and still finding plenty of time to spend with my kids and their many activities. I set my own hours and am able to work as much or as little as I want according to the goals I set for my business.
