CEO and Founder Jessica Herrin launched our company in her living room in Austin, Texas, with a simple mission: to help women be their own boss, on their own terms. Chief Creative Officer Blythe Harris joined in 2007 and we renamed the company Stella & Dot, after our grandmothers. Since then, we’ve grown by leaps and bounds, creating thousands of flexible jobs, attracting major media attention, and expanding globally. Now a family of brands—with the addition of KEEP Collective and EVER—Stella & Dot is bigger and bolder than ever.
We get great joy out of designing irresistible jewelry. And yet, jewelry is just the tangible expression of something much greater we are creating. We have a vision of the world where STRONG WOMEN LIVE BOLD and joyful lives. They know what they want and they work for it. They inspire each other.Passion and joy are their best accessories.
