I am a mom of 2 that is constantly on the go. I have always enjoyed exercise and eating healthy but I frequently fall into unhealthy eating patterns. I love Shakeology and I love how much energy I have and how it eliminated my sugar cravings. I decided to make this a long term commitment rather than just doing it for 21 days. I am now down 14 pounds and still going. If given the opportunity, I hope I can help others to achieve their goals and feel as great as I feel now.
