Once you hit $1000 in sales, then you are at 25% commission forever (yellow level) as long as you stay active ("active" is $125 sold/ordered every quarter); you get paid 25% commission on ALL orders including yours, so there is no discount per se, but instead a 25% commission on all orders. There is a minimum $125 per quarter to maintain your website and stay active as a presenter. once you get a team, you get people to sign up under your name you start making money off of the team at PINK level and once you promote to a higher level (Elite Green and above) the comp plan inverts and you actually make more money off of your lower levels than your higher levels and make 30% commission on sales.
