I recently joined Chalk Couture. I ordered more products on a different credit card and the system showed that there was a problem with my address. I checked all with my credit card company and address is fine, but also found that my card was charged for this purchase. I looked online and sure enough the charge has been charged to my credit card. I have called the company to resolve this to no avail. I have emailed them a screen shot of my transactions showing me being charged. Their reply, I have to wait 3-5 business days for them to reply to the email. Bad first impression!!
