Miche is a good company to work for. They continue to grow and as they do they continue to provide support for their representatives. They have had some growing pains as most due but they continue to work withe the representatives to make Miche a better company to work for. The requirements, pay scale and benefits are very generous.
I have several Miche Bags of all different sizes. I was able to buy them in specialty boutiques and now no longer can. There are no reps in my area or anywhere nearby. The handles on my large and mid size bags are wearing out and look pretty bad. I would like to be able to replace them but evidently it's not possible. I care what my bags look like and this is becoming a real issue for me. I really wish you would go back to Boutique Sales especially in areas where there are no reps. I do not buy on line. I've gone to shows that feature Party Sale Reps and Miche has never been present.
